APIs were developed to securely fetch real-time data from the cloud-based TMS, tested in a sandbox environment, and then gradually rolled into production to minimize disruptions.

After verifying data consistency, Hudson Sky introduced modular applications to tackle specific workflow bottlenecks—such as load assignment, route optimization, and shipment confirmations.

A dedicated analytics environment was set up in Tableau, and managers received training on how to navigate, customize reports, and glean actionable insights from real-time data.
